Everything in India is going well, we have Louie's birth certificate, DNA test is done & the citizenship application has been sent to New Delhi.
Harry just loves his new brother, he want to kiss and hold him as much as he can.
Louie is such a good boy, he feeds every 3 hours in the day & every 4 hours at night. The rest of the time he spends sleeping.
We took Louie back to the hospital yesterday for his check-up & all was just fine, he is back over his birth weight & growing well.
All the very best to our dear friends tomorrow for your pregnancy test, we are thinking about you guys!!

27 Weeks & 6 Days!!!!

We are very pleased to say that our pregnancy is going well & today we are 27w6d and so grateful to all who have helped us get here.
Yesterday we received our 27-week 4D scan, our new baby looks so much like Harry its unbelievable!
We are now starting to get things in order for baby pick-up in mid October, DNA test, visas, paperwork, looking at flights & hotels, the list goes on……..
We read all the blogs & hear all the stories & know just how hard this surrogacy process is, it can be heart breaking, its life changing & at times it can almost break you.
Although we have been through a loss, we have had our negatives, surrogacy has been very kind to us, it has given us the most beautiful son Harry is our everything, we cannot put into words just how much we love him.
I now pinch myself everyday and cannot believe how lucky we are to have another pregnancy that is going so well, Michael,Harry & I are truly blessed & surrogacy is the best thing to ever happen in our lives!

Anomaly Scan

Our lovely surrogate had our 18-week anomaly scan at the beginning of the week. We are happy to say that all is going very well, Baby wam2 is right on track.
We have started to tell Harry that he will soon have a little brother or sister to play with, it’s amazing but we are sure he understands every single word we say to him.

Having Harry certainly makes the time fly by, we can not believe that we are 19 weeks pregnant tomorrow.

Beautiful Belly!

We got a lovely surprise in our inbox yesterday, a clinical update of our surrogate & a photo of her baby bump. (Thank you Rotunda)
As you can see she is now starting to show and has a real glow about her.
Seeing this photo makes me think how absolutely incredible these women are who choose to be our surrogates, with out them NONE of this would be possible. We are all so very lucky to be able to use their help in our journeys to parenthood.
To our wonderful surrogate, we are so very grateful for all your help, you hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you. x

Long Weekend

We are so very lucky to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, as this was a long weekend Michael Harry & I made the most of our extra day off together by going to our local beach. Harry just loves being in the water. We had such a great day.
We are 15 weeks & 1 day pregnant today, we just received an update from our clinic & we are pleased to say all is going well.
Fingers crossed that this time next year there will be a little brother or sister to join in the fun on the beach with Harry.

PREGNANT!!!!!!

We are very happy to say as of today we are 6weeks & 5 days pregnant. We wanted to wait to post until our little one had a heartbeat.
Yesterday our lovely surrogate had her first scan & Baby WAM 2’s heart was beating at 123bpm.
To say we are happy is an understatement, we are the luckiest boys in the world to have Harry - but to have a brother or sister for him to grow up with is beyond our wildest dreams.
Thanks to our wonderful egg donor, who is the most incredible woman in the world, we don’t know her but she holds a very special place in our hearts.

Happy New Year!!!

Sorry it has been so long since our last post.
In the last six months Harry has gone from strength to strength, he has always been and continue to be such a happy little boy and an absolute joy to have in our lives. Michael and I are so very lucky to call Harry our son.
Last October we cycled again with the same egg donor we used with Harry. We had 12 Grade A embryos frozen so we transferred 4 of them into our surrogate, unfortunately we got a negative result.
At the moment we are in talks with Rotunda and our egg donor to see if she will donate for us again. We would like to do a fresh cycle to maximise our chances. We would love for Harry to have a little brother or sister and for us to complete our family (watch this space).
Here are some photos of Harrys First Birthday Party and second Christmas. We hope you enjoy them.

We promise it wont be as long between posts again WHAM xoxoxoxoxoxo
