THIRD TRIMESTER SCAN
A single, live intrauterine pregnancy with longitudinal lie and cephalic presentation with spine on the left is noted.
Foetal cardiac activity and limb movements are observed. FHR: 129 B/M.
The placenta is localized on the posterior uterine wall, extending up to the fundus.
There is no evidence of placenta previa. It shows grade 2 maturity.
Mild polyhydramnios is noted. AFI is 20.6 cm.

There is no evidence of a nuchal cord. Umbilical artery S/D ratio is normal.
IMPRESSION: A SINGLE, LIVE FOETUS WITH CEPHALIC PRESENTATION.
